Refund & Cancellation Policy

Every Ishara song is custom-made for one person, so refunds work a little differently than for off-the-shelf products. This policy explains how cancellations, revisions and refunds are handled.
Custom-made to order
Because each song is written, composed and recorded specifically for you and the person it’s for, it can’t be resold or reused. For that reason, completed custom work is generally non-refundable. The points below explain when cancellations and refunds do apply.
Cancellations
- Before we start writing: cancel for a full refund — just message us as soon as possible.
- After writing has begun: because the work is bespoke, the time already spent may not be refundable. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to be fair.
Revisions
Every gift includes revisions (the number depends on your tier). Tell us what you’d like changed and we’ll refine the lyrics, melody or vocals.
If we don’t deliver
If we fail to deliver your song within the agreed timeline, or there’s a problem on our side we can’t put right, you’re entitled to a refund.
How to request
Email contact@isharagifts.in (or message us on WhatsApp) with your order reference. We’ll respond within one business day.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (your UPI account) via our payment gateway. Banks typically take 5–7 business days to reflect the refund after we’ve processed it.
