Who we are

Ishara Gifts (“Ishara”, “we”, “us”) crafts bespoke, personalized songs as gifts. You can reach us any time at contact@isharagifts.in.

What we collect

• Order details you give us: your name, email, WhatsApp number, the recipient’s details, and the story, memories, preferences and any lyrics you choose to share so we can write the song.
• Payment information: payments are processed by our payment gateway (VyaparGateway, over UPI). We receive a payment reference and status — we never see or store your UPI PIN, card numbers or bank credentials.
• Technical data: basic, privacy-respecting information such as your approximate country (to show the right currency) and standard server logs.

How we use it

• To write, produce and deliver your song, and to handle revisions.
• To send order confirmations and updates by email and WhatsApp.
• To take payment and prevent fraud or abuse.
• To respond to your questions and improve our service.

Who we share it with

We share only what’s necessary, only with service providers that help us run Ishara:

• VyaparGateway — to process your UPI payment securely.
• Resend — to deliver transactional emails (your confirmation).
• Neon & Vercel — secure database and hosting.

We do not sell your personal information, ever.

Cookies

We use a minimal cookie only to remember a currency/region preference. We don’t use cookies for advertising.

Data retention

We keep order records for as long as needed to deliver your song, honour our guarantee, and meet legal and accounting obligations, after which we delete or anonymise them.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing contact@isharagifts.in. We’ll respond promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time; the “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
